Prohibited projects and materials

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware or impersonation
• Copyright or trademark infringement and unauthorised distribution
• Child exploitation, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content
• Content inciting violence, hate or unlawful discrimination
• Deceptive claims, fake testimonials or misleading commercial practices

Review and reporting

We may decline work that violates these rules or applicable provider terms. Report concerns to [email protected]. Where a paid project must be suspended, cancellation and any refund are assessed against work completed, applicable law and the refund policy.
